The room was a Standard Double Room Side Sea View and was very clean. The air conditioning worked effectively to keep the room cool. The bathroom had two separate sinks!
The gym had limited equipment. There was only one treadmill.

The food, uh, it just wasn't great. the buffet thing had the same stuff every day, like they just warmed over leftovers. i found a hair in my soup. A black hair. plus, the entertainment at night? forget about it. a guy playing the same songs on a keyboard. real exciting stuff, i tell you.

The room was very clean each day, and the housekeeper Gabr checked to see if I needed anything. He was always polite. The food and drinks were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach area was great.
The hotel rooms could use a major upgrade.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered. There was always something available to participate in.
The minibar in the room was not initially stocked upon my arrival. I requested that it be filled and it was rectified the next day. I found this minor inconvenience did not detract from my stay overall.

The main restaurant has a wide selection of dishes. I noted diverse options. The buffet included multiple meat choices each day. Fresh fruits and a variety of salads were available.

The hotel is situated near the beach. I observed it was a short walk away. The hotel also offers convenient access to several local excursions. Taxis were easily arranged by the hotel staff.

Three pools are available. I saw that they are clean and well-kept. The hotel has multiple bars. I observed that there is also access to water sports activities.

The staff responded quickly to requests. I requested extra water bottles and they arrived promptly. The animation team provided daily activities, such as darts and beach volleyball.
