I really enjoyed my stay because the staff were always friendly! The food options were diverse and tasty. The hotel was consistently clean and well-kept. The entertainment options were fun too!

I experienced a minor inconvenience as some drinks cost extra! I wasn't informed about this before. It felt a little unusual considering the all-inclusive package, though it wasn't a major issue.

The room was a Standard Double Room Side Sea View and was very clean. The air conditioning worked effectively to keep the room cool. The bathroom had two separate sinks!

The gym had limited equipment. There was only one treadmill.

just okay, i guess

buffet monotony unhygienic food

The food, uh, it just wasn't great. the buffet thing had the same stuff every day, like they just warmed over leftovers. i found a hair in my soup. A black hair. plus, the entertainment at night? forget about it. a guy playing the same songs on a keyboard. real exciting stuff, i tell you.

The room was very clean each day, and the housekeeper Gabr checked to see if I needed anything. He was always polite. The food and drinks were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach area was great.

The hotel rooms could use a major upgrade.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered. There was always something available to participate in.

The minibar in the room was not initially stocked upon my arrival. I requested that it be filled and it was rectified the next day. I found this minor inconvenience did not detract from my stay overall.
